Awana is a Bible-based club designed to reach boys and girls with the gospel of Christ and train them to serve him. The acronym Awana comes from the first letters of Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed, taken from 2 Timothy 2:15 “Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the work of truth.”

WRBC’s Awana clubs are among thousands of clubs in churches around the world. These church-based community clubs are open to all youth and have children attending from many different faiths and churches. While clubbers are not required to attend the functions of our church, all of our church services and opportunities are available to clubbers and their families.

AWANA clubs include:

Cubbies: 3- and 4-year-old boys and girls (must be 3-years-old by Sept. 1)
Sparks: K – 2nd grade boys and girls
Truth & Training: 3rd – 4th grade boys and girls

Online Registration – contact Emily Townley

All clubs meet weekly on Wednesday evenings during the school year from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
