Pastor Ron joined our team in 2008, leading the Worship Ministries at WRBC through 2024. Following God’s leadership, he became our Executive Pastor in 2025.

Called to ministry at age 15, Ron has served churches in Oklahoma, Colorado, and Texas for over 30 years. One of his life’s greatest joys is worshiping with the people God has called him to do life with at WRBC.

Ron and Laura have been married since 1995. They are proud of their three grown children and four perfect grandkids who live in Oklahoma and Taiwan.

In his spare time, Ron loves to ride and restore motorcycles; he and Laura also enjoy traveling and restoring old furniture together.

Ron’s degrees include a Bachelor of Church Music from Oklahoma Baptist University, a Master of Music from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Worship Studies from the Robert E. Webber Institute of Worship Studies.
